1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on ek22, visiting the website, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and, where applicable, close your account.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ek22 (referred to as 'the Platform', 'we', or 'us') and you, the registered user ('the Player', 'you'). 2. Eligibility Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ek22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify ek22 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Each player may hold only one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, ek22 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonus funds associated with them, and withhold any winnings generated from duplicate or multi-accounting activity. The following actions are the player's sole responsibility:

• Using a strong, unique password and updating it regularly.
• Logging out of the platform after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Never sharing account access with friends, family members, or third parties under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on ek22 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We accept payments through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 6. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the ek22 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix match outcomes, place coordinated bets, or otherwise undermine the integrity of games or betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to derive financial benefit. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or discovered errors will be declared void.

ek22 is not responsible for any interruption in service caused by third-party payment providers, internet service outages, scheduled maintenance, or factors beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, civil unrest, government orders, or network infrastructure failures. In such events ek22 will endeavour to restore services as quickly as reasonably possible.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ek22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised.

Your continued use of the ek22 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any modification, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of the ek22 platform shall first be submitted to ek22's customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to formal litigation. ek22 makes no claim of specific regulatory approval from any Bangladeshi government body; the platform operates as a safe and reliable online gaming service with SSL encryption and fair play certification across all game providers.
